Customers can receive various basic banking services by just one missed call from their registered mobile number. The customer need not to visit the branch just to know the balance details & to raise the grievance.The advantage with the facility is that there is no charge for the calls.

Here are the SMS codes for availing the various banking services.

For Balance inquiry

  1. Please give a Missed Call on 7567506000 from your registered mobile no & get balance of your account

  2. On dialing the number, the call will get automatically disconnected after 2 rings. The customer will receive SMS messages for the all operative accounts.

  3. The customer will receive the information for all operative accounts with a single call.

For complaints 

If you have a grievance, please share it with us. You can register your grievance through the following 3 basic steps.

  1. Please give a Missed Call on 7874876000 from your registered Mobile No. & you will receive a SMS link to complaint.

  2. Open the linked page, You should select transaction complain or service complain and also you can view your complain.

  3. After submitting your complaint, a unique Complaint ID will be generated. Please make sure that complaint ID is generated while registering a grievance with us. It will enable us to address your concern in a timely manner.

 

Note : If you are not registered for SMS Alert Facility than you do not receive the message, so you should first register your mobile number at branch.
