The Reserve Bank- Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021

Dear valued customer, The Bank is covered under the Reserve Bank of India- Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021. (Click here for the copy of the Scheme)

In case any complaint or grievance against the Bank is not addressed within 30 days or if not resolved to the satisfaction of the customer, the same may be addressed to the RBI Ombudsman of the respective area on the dedicated e-mail as mentioned below.

Complaints can also be filed online on https://cms.rbi.org.in alternatively complaint may be sent in physical mode to the ‘Centralised Receipt and Processing Centre’ set up at Reserve Bank of India.(Click here for the format of form)
